Do you have any current coupon codes?

We currently have team members who have codes to share with you. You can find info about our team in the about us page. Additionally, there are codes specific to our social media pages (Instagram and Facebook Group) so be sure to join us there!

We also sometimes have sales and special promotions. Make sure you are following us on instagram @nerdygalstudio so that you can see when we post these!

How do I contact the owner?

Please click on the "contact us" page in the menu under "resources" and fill out the form. We will get back to you within 24-48 business hours (M-F)

How do I track my order?

If your order includes tracking, you can track your package from the email sent to you when your order ships or by looking in your transaction history in your account on our website. You can also go directly to the USPS website and select "track my package" then input your tracking information into the box on the screen.

Orders and Shipping

We use USPS for all shipping and offer both tracked and untracked options. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. By choosing untracked shipping, you acknowledge that Nerdy Gal Studio will not be able to offer support for tracking or lost packages. It is recommended that you choose a tracked shipping option to avoid issues with delivery.

How long will my orders take to ship out?

The banner on the homepage gives the most current timeframe for order processing. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday but do not include holidays. We may also extend this shipping window when participating in larger sales throughout the year. 

When will my items be delivered?

Transit times depend on where the package is heading. Typical estimated transit times are: -US ORDERS: 3-5 business days -CANADIAN ORDERS: 5-15 business days -INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 1-8 weeks depending on the destination country and customs clearance times. Please note that these are estimates based on past transit times. We are not in control of transit time once your order begins its journey to you.

I think my order is lost and I used a tracked shipping option at checkout

Please refer to the transit times listed above. If your package has not arrived within those transit times, please send an email with your order number to so that we can further assist you as best as we can.

I think my order is lost and I used a untracked shipping option at checkout

Unfortunately, using untracked shipping does not allow for myself or you (the customer) to see where your package is in transit. For this reason, please allow 30 days from the date your package was shipped and then send an email with your order number to or reply to your order confirmation email if you still have it. We will replace packages that have not arrived at our discretion. If it becomes a repeat issue of missing/lost packages, we will insist that you purchase tracked shipping for future orders to help prevent these issues from continuing to happen.


What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns except when a mistake has been made by us. This is determined on a case by case basis. If there is an issue with an order, please send an email with your order number and photos of the issue so that we can better assist you.

I used the wrong address... can I change it?

Please send us an email at ASAP with your order number and new address. Please note that since we try to get orders out as soon as possible, we may not receive your email in time so please make sure that you double check your shipping address when placing your order. If you order was already shipped to the incorrect address, we are unfortunately not able to make any changes while it is in transit. If/When the order is returned to us, we will reach out via email in order to discuss reshipment to the correct address.  

I placed more than one order, can I combine them?

We are happy to combine orders and refund any shipping overages during normal time periods (IE not during any sale events) however we cannot guarantee it. Please send an email with your order numbers to if you would like for us to combine two or more orders for you. NOTE: Leaving a note to seller will likely result in us not being able to combine orders as they are filled chronologically. Email is always the best chance of having your orders combined.

Can I make changed to my order?

All sales are final and we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please make sure you check that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order.
